    Reserve your flower preservation with a £25 booking deposit. The full £25 is deducted from your final flower preservation order—it is not an extra charge.

    HOW IT WORKS

    1. Reserve your place. Pay £25 and provide your event date and occasion.
    2. Choose your keepsakes before posting. Tell Artisan Palace what you would like us to create. We will add the selected items to your existing order and deduct the £25 deposit.
    3. Send your flowers. Once your selected items appear on your order, follow our packing instructions and post your flowers to us.

    The remaining balance does not need to be paid before you post your flowers. Any outstanding balance will still be payable in accordance with your order.

    ⚠️ BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR FLOWERS

    Do not send your flowers while your order contains only the £25 deposit.

    If your flowers arrive before your selected keepsakes have been added to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. We may be unable to begin the correct preservation process until you confirm what you would like us to create, because different keepsakes require different quantities and preparation of whole flowers, pressed flowers or petals.

    Flowers are perishable and their condition may deteriorate while we await your instructions, so please finalise your keepsakes before posting them.

    Deposit and cancellation terms

    The £25 booking deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed before finalising the full order, where Artisan Palace is not at fault, subject to your statutory rights. After your full order is confirmed, the standard stage-based cancellation policy applies.
