FAQs

Your flowers are carefully dried using silica sand to retain their shape and structure, rather than being air-dried. Once fully preserved, they are arranged and set in resin or framed, depending on your chosen design — such as resin blocks, tealight holders, or pressed flower frames. Each piece is created by hand, layer by layer, to ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish.

Most orders are completed within 3–6 months, depending on the design and number of items. Larger pieces, such as resin blocks or multiple items, require a longer process due to layering and curing times. We’ll keep you updated throughout, so you always know how your order is progressing.

We recommend sending your flowers as soon as possible after your event, ideally within 3-5 days. Fresh flowers preserve best, helping us achieve the highest quality result.

Yes — we preserve flowers from weddings, funerals, and all meaningful occasions. Whether it’s a bridal bouquet or a tribute arrangement, each piece is treated with the same level of care and respect.

Some natural colour changes are expected as flowers dry — for example, whites may soften to ivory and brighter tones may deepen. Where needed, we can apply subtle colour correction to restore a more natural appearance while keeping the piece realistic.

Yes — you’ll receive updates at key stages, including when your flowers arrive, when they are removed from the sand with photos of the dried flowers and when your piece is completed. You’ll also see photos of your finished item before it is dispatched.

Your item will be sent via a tracked Royal Mail service, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched. We carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely.

You are provided with a "Specification Sheet" that allows you to details which flowers go into what item, but we don't allow for design consultation on smaller items like tealights, as they are made upside down in silicone moulds. However items like Tables, you can request to have a draft before we start the work, however most customers allow us creative artistic flair to make meaningful items using our judgement.
