This website, operated by Artisan Palace, offers a range of information, tools, and services provided to you, the user, under the condition that you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you engage in our "Service" and consent to adhere to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you affirm that you are of legal age and agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCEPTANCE
Customer acceptance of these terms and conditions is assumed when commissioning orders from Artisan Palace. These terms and conditions apply fully upon commissioning and acceptance is implicit.
SECTION 4 - DEPOSIT ORDERS & FINALISING YOUR PRESERVATION ORDER
Artisan Palace may offer customers the option to secure a flower preservation booking by paying a deposit rather than selecting and paying for their complete preservation order at the time of booking.
The deposit secures your booking only. It is not your complete flower preservation order.
If you have booked using the deposit option, you must contact Artisan Palace before sending your flowers to confirm which preservation items you would like to purchase.
Once your chosen items have been confirmed, Artisan Palace will add these to your existing order and arrange payment of the remaining balance.
Your full preservation order must be confirmed and paid for before your flowers arrive at our studio.
This is important because the preservation method, number of flowers retained, flower selection, preparation and drying process may depend on the size and type of items you have ordered. We therefore need to know exactly what we are creating before your flowers can be processed and put into preservation.
Customers should not send flowers to Artisan Palace while their order consists only of a deposit.
If flowers arrive before the full order has been confirmed and paid for, Artisan Palace may be unable to begin the preservation process until the outstanding order details and payment have been completed. Any resulting delay may affect the condition or preservation quality of the flowers, particularly where fresh flowers have been sent.
Artisan Palace cannot accept responsibility for deterioration, wilting, discolouration or loss of flower quality caused by a customer sending flowers before their full preservation order has been confirmed and paid for.
The £25 booking deposit reserves production capacity for your flower preservation booking and will be deducted in full from the cost of your final preservation order. It is not an additional charge.
If you choose to cancel your booking before finalising your preservation order, the £25 booking deposit is non-refundable where Artisan Palace is not at fault. This reflects the production capacity reserved for your booking and our reasonable losses arising from the cancellation.
Once your full preservation order has been confirmed, the £25 deposit forms part of the total amount paid towards your order and the cancellation terms set out in our Refund Policy apply.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including where Artisan Palace is unable to fulfil your booking.
SECTION 5 - ARTWORK PROGRESS
Upon receipt of your flowers, and provided your preservation order has been fully confirmed and paid for, Artisan Palace will begin the preservation process which involves drying, preparation, design and multi-stage resin casting.
Flower preservation artwork typically takes between 6–9 months to complete depending on drying conditions, design complexity, and workshop production schedules.
Once the drying stage has been completed, each piece enters the studio production queue for design and resin casting. As a small artisan workshop, items are created individually and often produced in batches on our resin tables to ensure the highest quality finish.
Due to the handmade nature of the process, completion times may occasionally extend beyond estimated timeframes where necessary to maintain quality. Progress timescales are estimates only and are not legally binding delivery timeframes.
Artisan Palace will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of major stages of the preservation process.
Once an order has entered the design or resin production stage, the artwork is considered to be in active production and refunds are no longer available, as the items are personalised and created specifically for the customer.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We're not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on this site.
SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Product prices may change without notice. We can modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
SECTION 8 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Artisan Palace offers physical handmade products and digital educational products. Physical flower preservation products are handmade and customised to order; natural and handmade variations may occur.
SECTION 9 - LEFTOVER FLOWERS / BOUQUET
We retain the minimum flowers required to complete your order and may discard any remaining flowers.
SECTION 10 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
It's your responsibility to provide accurate account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and limit purchases.
SECTION 11 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools accessed through our site are offered "as is" without warranties.
SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content or materials.
SECTION 13 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must not violate third-party rights and you are responsible for your comments.
SECTION 14 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 15 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information where necessary.
SECTION 16 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site or its content for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing or harmful purposes.
SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Services and products are provided subject to applicable consumer law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Artisan Palace in relation to losses arising from your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
SECTION 20 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated. Obligations incurred before termination survive termination.
TERMINATION BEFORE COMPLETION
Although we are under no obligation to cancel an order once work has begun, we may consider cancellations in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Refund amounts are calculated according to the stage of production reached. For deposit-only bookings cancelled before the full preservation order is finalised, the £25 booking deposit is non-refundable subject to applicable consumer law and statutory rights. Once the full order is confirmed, the following percentages apply to the total preservation order:
• Flowers not yet received / order cancelled before preservation begins: 90% refund
• Flowers received and selected/prepared for drying: 50% refund
• Resin design stage initiated: 15% refund
• Resin finishing or framed artwork stage initiated: No refund available due to the advanced stage of production
SECTION 21 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Digital products and educational content are supplied subject to the access, intellectual property and refund conditions stated at purchase. Where immediate access to digital content is supplied with the customer's express consent, statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights.
SECTION 22 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website.
